New BMP on Cleaning of Equipment/Housekeeping Clarifies use of Diesel Fuel and Solvents
The APAWV, WVDOH and WV DEP have jointly developed a Pollution Prevention Best Management Practices guide for cleaning of equipment and maintenance activities. The BMP should help contractors and agency personnel better comply with environmental laws and regulations while using materials like diesel fuel and other environmentally friendly solvents. The BMP is available here in PDF format or contact APAWV for complimentary laminated copies.
