a division of the Contractors Association of West Virginia, is a non-profit trade association representing the producers of hot mix asphalt and aggregates, laydown contractors, asphalt cement suppliers, equipment and material suppliers and other firms involved directly and indirectly in the hot mix industry.

Dean Blake Memorial Scholarship
A Tribute to . . .
The Board of Directors of the Asphalt Pavement Association of WV, with support from the WV Crushed Aggregates Council, announce formation of the Dean Blake Memorial Scholarship . . . a $50,000 endowment established in honor of the association’s first executive director that will support student education at the West Virginia University College of Engineering and Mineral Resources.
We welcome contributions to the Dean Blake Memorial Scholarship. Checks should be made out to the NAPA Research and Education Foundation, noting on the reference line the name of the scholarship. Checks can be mailed to the NAPA Research and Education Foundation office at 5100 Forbes Blvd., Lanham, MD 20706. Should you prefer to use a credit card or wired funds, please contact Stephanie Millard or Carolyn Wilson at 301-731-4748. Donations to the fund are tax deductible. A formal acknowledgement of the donation will be sent upon receipt of the check.
