Dana is a West Virginia native. After attending Marshall University, she worked in Human resources in the Charleston area until she joined Kelly Paving, where she has been for the past six years. Always up for a new challenge, Dana enjoys finding ways to grow and take on fresh opportunities both in and out of work. She is passionate about what she does and is constantly looking to learn and improve.

Stormy Brewster started with Marathon in 2008, right before finishing her M.S. Chemistry at Marshall University. Stormy worked in refining and environmental for 5 years before transitioning into the Asphalt Technology Group where she has been for 11 years. She has worked in asphalt quality from refining to end customer use. Two years ago, she took on a marketing/technical dual role. Her primary responsibility is asphalt sales out of Viney Branch and Big Sandy asphalt terminals. She will also continue to be involved in maintaining quality of asphalt at the refinery and terminal level for neat, polymer modified, cutback and emulsified asphalts.

With over seven years of experience in the construction industry, Jessica serves as a dedicated Contract Administrator for Triton Construction Inc., specializing in negotiating terms and conditions and overseeing workforce development through on-the-job training initiatives. As a vital bridge between field management and estimating, she collaborates closely with both teams to develop and manage projects of various sizes. Passionate about fostering an inclusive environment, Jessica is committed to navigating and removing barriers for women and minorities in the construction industry. Over her career, she has successfully facilitated the hiring and development of over 40 OJT participants, empowering a diverse range of voices within the industry. Through her efforts, she aims to create a more equitable landscape, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive in construction.

Megan Temple
Megan Temple
Megan is an Asphalt Estimator at Kelly Paving, Inc. in their Rayland Division which covers Southeastern Ohio and the WV Panhandle. She graduated from Ohio State University with her Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business, along with an Economics minor in 2013. Upon graduation she worked in the Oil and Gas industry for 9 years before coming to Kelly Paving in December of 2022. She loves the fast-paced environment and learning something new every day. She thoroughly enjoys her job and the excitement that comes with every bid. Megan currently serves on the Women of Asphalt WV Branch Executive Committee and is the Chair of the Ohio Contractors Association Eastern Ohio Chapter.
Megan lives in Barnesville, Ohio with her husband, Jeremie, daughters Ren and xx and their two dogs – Boone and Gus.

Therese Mizer
Therese is the Founding Chairwoman for the West Virginia branch of Women of Asphalt, which launched in 2023.
Therese started her career in heavy highways in the spring of 2004, when she started working for LyndCo, a DBE traffic control and line striping company. She joined Mid Atlantic Maintenance in the summer of 2013 when MAM started up their northern division that Therese has managed for the past 12 years.
Therese enjoys being involved in the industry as well as her community. She serves as an Executive Committee Member for the Eastern Ohio Chapter of the Ohio Contractors Association (four years as Chapter Chairperson). She is very passionate about our Veterans, and has served as the finance officer for the American Legion Post 34 Auxiliary for the past thirteen years
