UPDATE - 2nd CHANGE MADE TO BID DATES

The WVDOH has released the 2024 open ended purchase order contracts for Stone and Aggregate Materials for agency pickup, supplier delivery to established locations, and supplier delivery to non-established locations.

Details for both Supplier Deliver to Established Locations and State Pickup Contracts

  • Bids are due by 1:30PM on June 26th18th to WV Purchasing Division.
  • Technical Questions should be directed to John Estep at 304-558-2566 or John.W.Estep@wv.gov with a submission deadline of June 10th by 2:00PM

Details for Deliver to Non-Established locations contract:

  • Bids are due by 10:30am 2:30PM on June 26th 25th18th to WVDOH Procurement Division (note this is a different location than the others).
  • Technical Questions should be directed to Dusty Smith at 304-414-6859 or dotprocurementtechques@wv.gov with a submission deadline of June 10th by 10:00AM

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION WHERE THE BIDS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE CONTRACTS... THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME.

These purchase order contracts are much the same as those let in 2023.  Price adjustment for diesel fuel, which was added in 2022, revised in 2023 remains the same.  These price adjustments can be found within Section 4 of each contract.  Each contract contains slightly different factors due to the nature of the individual contract and what work is conducted (Production/Hauling/Laydown).  These factors were derived from the factor listed in Section 109.9 of the Standard Specification and subsequent research conducted by WVDOH.

If you have any questions relating to the price adjustment, contact John Crane at jcrane@asphaltwv.com or 304-342-1166.
