The Asphalt Paving Conference provides participants with a broad range of educational topics by state, regional and national experts who will share their insights on the asphalt industry.  Topics to be discussed will include asphalt materials and construction issues, paving best practices, plant advancements, Percent within Limits (PWL), infrastructure investments, RAP usage, and other timely asphalt topics.

In conjunction with the Asphalt Paving Conference, the WVDOH will also be holding a 2025 Statewide Asphalt Pre-Construction Meeting.  This event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 20.  The statewide preconstruction meeting is a popular event that provides participants with an update on numerous construction, specification and materials issues, and answers to your questions about the paving industry.  Please submit questions in advance regarding any WVDOH bidding, construction, or materials issues that you would like to have discussed to info@asphaltwv.com.
