WVDOH June 2026 Material Indices
In accordance with WVDOH Specification Section 109.10, WVDOH has released the Fuel, Asphalt, and Cement price adjustment indices effective June 1, 2026, as shown below.
As the conflict with Iran continues, our Asphalt and Fuel indexes both see increases, while the Cement index sees a dramatic decrease. The June Asphalt index has been set at $689.00/ton, an increase of 2% over May. Fuel saw a 11% increase, bringing June’s index to $4.4160/gallon. The Cement index’s dramatic decrease of roughly 35% bring June to $185.00/ton.
