WVDOH July 2026 Material Indices
In accordance with WVDOH Specification Section 109.10, WVDOH has released the Fuel, Asphalt, and Cement price adjustment indices effective July 1, 2026, as shown below.
This month’s Asphalt Index saw a minor increase of $6, roughly 1% while Cement index increased by $17.45 or ~9.5%. Conversely the Fuel index fell sharply by $1.12, over 25%.
