WVDOH Releases 2026FY Stone & Aggregate Purchase Orders
The WVDOH has released the 2026 fiscal year open ended purchase order contracts for Stone and Aggregate Materials. The WVDOH has continued with its typical three contract setup for agency pickup, supplier delivery to established locations, and supplier delivery to non-established locations.
Details for both Supplier Deliver to Established Locations and State Pickup Contracts
- Bids are due by 1:30pm on July 16th to WV Purchasing Division.
- Technical Questions should be directed to John Estep at 304-558-2566 or John.W.Estep@wv.gov with a submission deadline of July 1st by 10:00am
Details for Deliver to Non-Established locations contract:
- Bids are due by 10:30am on July 16th to WVDOH Procurement Division (note this is a different location than the others).
- Technical Questions should be directed to Jeromie Lanham at 304-720-7383 or DOTPOCUREMENTTECHQUES@WV.GOV with a submission deadline of July 1st by 10:00am
PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION WHERE THE BIDS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE CONTRACTS... THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME.
