In 2023, she became a Milling Foreman. She said the main reason she got into Construction was her entire family worked in the industry. Jodi brings an enthusiastic and positive attitude to work every day. She does an excellent job uniting everyone from hired haul drivers to subcontractors to achieve the common goal and is an instrumental part in making things happen out on the road. Jodi says, “I tell everyone the only thing I would have done differently was I would have started this career sooner. I love my job!” She does an excellent job uniting everyone from hired haul drivers to subcontractors to achieve the common goal. You will never find her without a smile on her face.
