WVDOH Advertise Asphalt PO Contracts
On Friday, September 5, 2025, WVDOH opened to bid their two annual asphalt purchase order contracts: Asphalt Material Pick Up by Agency; and Asphalt Materials, Delivery & Labor by Vendor. Both contracts can be found on the WVOasis website at the links below.
Please take note on the limited bidding period… both contracts close on September 18th, with slightly different closing times, as shown below. The September 18th date gives industry ~12 calendar days to complete the bids where historically industry receives between 3 and 4 weeks.
