WVDOH Specification Committee – Nov 26, 2025

WVDOH has informed APAWV that its November Specifications Committee meeting, which was scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, has been postponed until Wednesday, November 26. The committee will convene at 9:00 AM in WVDOH Building 5, Conference Room 820(Technical Support) at 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E., Charleston WV. The agenda and meeting packet will be posted online on the Specifications Committee Website, here, as they become available.
Comments are requested from industry on these Specification changes and Project Specific Special Provisions and may be submitted to the CAWV Specifications Committee Chairman, Chad Miller, at cmiller@jfallenco.com, and John Crane at jcrane@asphaltwv.com or directly to Jacinda Chapman, with WVDOH at jacinda.n.chapman@wv.gov. Please share comments prior to the meeting so that they can be reviewed/discussed at the meeting.
