Since the last meeting, Page 1 retains titles rather than individual names and webpage links were updated. |

New Business | New, complete manual on NEPA documentation and environmental permitting. Covers document types and reviews, agency coordination, Section 7 endangered species, Section 106 historic resources, aquatic resources, and permitting procedures, with references, tools and flowcharts. |
