Since the last meeting, Page 1 retains titles rather than individual names and webpage links were updated.
NEPA Manual
NEPA Compliance and Permitting Manual		 New Business New, complete manual on NEPA documentation and environmental permitting. Covers document types and reviews, agency coordination, Section 7 endangered species, Section 106 historic resources, aquatic resources, and permitting procedures, with references, tools and flowcharts.
