WVDOH announced their upcoming Standards and Manuals Committee meeting which will be held in person on Tuesday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. in the Materials Control, Soils, and Testing Division’s Conference Rm., 190 Dry Branch Drive, Charleston WV. For those unable to attend in person please join via Google Meet (see details below).
