UPDATE(2025-11-14) West Virginia Department of Transportation announced a delay to their transition to the new enhanced browser-based bidding workflows in BidX.com. Originally slated for December 9, 2025, the transition will now take place with the February 10th, 2026 letting. The delay occurred due to recommendations based on other DOTs who experienced some minor issued during their earlier planed transitions.
