WVDOH Offers AASHTOWare Project Training for Industry Sample Data Entry
In accordance with revisions within the 2024 WVDOH Supplemental Specifications Section 106‑Control of Materials and MP 109.00.21 Sampling & Testing Documentation, projects let after January 1, 2024, industry is required to enter project testing data and results into the WVDOH’s project tracking system called AASHTOWare Project (AWP). To assist industry users on how to utilize the system and learn how to enter sample data, the WVDOH has announced a training being held virtually on Wednesday, May 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

Prior to the event you are encouraged to visit the WVDOH MCS&T Website, HERE, to review preliminary training resources. Guides include how to start a sample, how to enter test results, how to review and authorize a sample and more. In addition, if you have not done so, please contact your local district materials supervisor to get those in your company tasked with data entry added as a registered user for AWP. Please note each individual should have their own login and account information should not be shared.
