Addendum Issued for 2024 WVDOH Purchase Order Asphalt Contracts

Attention - The West Virginia Division of Highways has released Amendments to the 2024 Asphalt Purchase Order Contracts.The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) released amendments for both the 2024 Asphalt Materials Pick Up by Agency contract and the 2024 Asphalt Materials, Delivery, and Labor by Vendor, by County. Contractors should have received an email notification regarding both the contract solicitations and the amendments from wvOASIS (notifications@wvoasis.gov). The solicitations are available West Virginia Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal at www.wvoasis.gov.
The WVDOH is in the Blackout Period on these contract which means they cannot discuss any matter relating to this solicitation. If you have questions once the solicitation is available for viewing in wvOASIS, you will have an opportunity to have your questions answered during the Vendor Question and Answer period, the dates of which will be noted within the public solicitation within the Events tab.
